SERVICE, SUPPORT AND SPARES
We offer a complete service & support programme to repair and maintain your equipment including on-site installations and spares support.
Our engineers can provide on-site training both in the UK or at our customers’ sites and regularly provide training facilities for our global reseller network and customers.
If you require a service or any parts, we may have an authorised reseller near to you, please contact us for details. A full parts list for your product is available upon request and parts can be shipped worldwide.
Service support to products under warranty will be provided via email or telephone free of charge. Products out of warranty may be charged for technical support.
Our service and support department is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. GMT.
Initial service or support requests must be made via the website Service & Support Enquiry Form and all services stated above are subject to satisfactory credit arrangements with customers. In addition, overseas service visits are subject to travel advice from the UK FCO.
Your equipment should have a product identification label or control panel similar to the examples above.
