Watford Control Stabilising Energy Requirements in Nigeria

Watford Control are delighted to have been able to send one of our electromechanical (EM) voltage stabilisers to another of our many valued, international customers, Commserve Engineering and Tech Co Ltd.

The end user of the voltage stabiliser, UAC PC, are a manufacturing conglomerate based in Lagos, Nigeria who operate across a number of diverse sectors including paint, livestock feeds, and food and beverage with brands such as Dulux and Swan Water in their portfolio. UAC PC are currently using a 100kVA Watford Control stabiliser to good effect, however, due to site upgrades their voltage stabilisation requirements have altered necessitating a more powerful voltage stabiliser of 135kVA.

The new voltage stabiliser will support two units of Gamatronic UPS (50kVA each) as well as other ancillary equipment within UAC PC's site.

The EM Range from Watford Control offers the most cost-effective and efficient way to ensure a stable and undistorted mains supply for the vast majority of applications.

Scott Clinton, Watford Control's Export Sales Manager, comments: Through a continuous development programme, today's EM range combines the well-tried and dependable electronic-servo principle with many unique, performance-enhancing features. There are hundreds of thousands of Watford Control voltage stabilisers already in place around the world ensuring voltage stability and reliability and we're grateful that Commserve and UAC PC have chosen Watford Control's products once more.
